Can I still be seen if my insurance isn’t accepted?

Yes. Patients can pay out of pocket. We accept cash, card, Apple pay, and check.

Do we offer COVID tests?

No.

What should I bring to my first appointment as a new patient?

Mask, ID, insurance card.

Do you take same-day appointments?

No.

Can I do physical through urgent care?

No. Physicals are done by appointment only.

Do you do tele-health?

No.

Do I need to be seen to get a prescription refilled?

Yes. Your doctor needs to check how the medication is affecting you and if adjustments are needed. Please plan accordingly by scheduling an appointment two weeks before your medication runs out as appointments fill up quickly.

Can I get a physical on my first appointment as a new patient?

No. During your first appointment as a new patient, your primary care physician will do a general check-up to get acquainted with your health history and send you to get lab work done. A physical can now be scheduled after this initial appointment.

Do you do x-rays on-site?

No. Depending on the severity of your pain, patients may be redirected to the emergency room or written a referral to an off-site imaging center.

What is the turnaround time for referrals?

PPO and out-of-pocket patients will be given a direct referral during their appointment.

Referrals for HMO patients are submitted to their insurance company Monday through Thursday. Patients should expect an approved or denied referral in the mail 1-2 weeks after their appointment.

Can my test results be reviewed over the phone?

No. Test results must be reviewed through an appointment.
